If a Product becomes unavailable after you've placed your Order, we will notify you via email, cancel your Order, and provide a refund if your bank account has been debited.

9.1 - General
We offer delivery within the United Kingdom only. Please ensure you provide a delivery address within the UK during the ordering process.

The estimated delivery times on our Website and the "Shipping and Returns" page (https://somniumlondon.co.uk/shipping-and-returns/) are averages and include processing and delivery time. We ship to the address you provide during the Order process. If you place an Order with multiple products and different shipping times, the longest shipping time may apply. However, we reserve the right to split shipments. You'll only be charged for the shipped Products, and each shipment incurs a contribution to shipping costs and custom fees.

Your payment will be charged when the Product is shipped.

9.2 - Delivery Issues
Upon receiving the product, please inspect it for any issues (e.g., damaged package, already opened). If you notice any problems, inform the carrier and contact us promptly. Based on the cases outlined in Section 11 below, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund.

We accept payments only via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay).

Section 11 - Refund
Refunds for Products, as mentioned in Sections 9 and 12, will be processed within fifteen (15) days or earlier upon receipt of the returned products.

Refunds will be credited to your bank account or provided via a voucher, depending on our discretion.

Section 12 - Right of Retraction
You have the right to retract your purchase within fourteen (14) days without charge and without providing reasons. The period starts from the day you receive the Product. However, please note that this right does not apply to personalized products or digital content.

To exercise your right of retraction, inform us of your decision via email or post. Return the Product to the specified address without undue delay, but no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us.

Please ensure the returned Product is in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), in good condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. We won't accept items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled.
